People ask why it’s called Reformed Labs. Because that’s exactly what happened to me.
I served as a Sergeant in the United States Army and deployed to Afghanistan believing I’d found my purpose. But when the uniform came off, so did my identity. I made decisions I’m not proud of, lost relationships, and spent three and a half years incarcerated while waiting for a trial that ultimately proved my innocence. Those years changed me forever — not because they defined me, but because they forced me to decide who I was going to become. Incarceration stripped away every excuse until all that remained was the man in the mirror and a choice: become bitter or become better. I chose better.
The weight room became my classroom for discipline, accountability, and resilience. Then I found something even greater — I found Christ. Through Him, I learned that redemption isn’t about erasing your past; it’s about allowing God to use it to build a stronger future.
Reformed Labs was born from that belief. We don’t exist simply to sell supplements — we exist to remind people that your worst chapter doesn’t have to be your final one.
